Our process

Our pork is bred and born right here on our farm, premium quality pork starts with happy healthy parents!

All our pigs are raised with full 24/7 access to pasture and ample space to grow and forage for food and behave naturally for the best quality of life. Raising pork on rotating natural pasture with access to fresh grasses and new forage opportunities to naturally supplement their own diet, provides natural disturbance and fertilizer to build up healthy sustainable soil and ecologically friendly pasture, keeps the pigs environment clean and keeps the pigs happy stimulated and engaged.

What makes Kunekune pork unique?

Kunekunes are a heritage pork breed originating in New Zealand. Kunekune is a premium pork know for its deep red meat and succulent rich fat, it is often known as the waygu beef of pork. The breed is naturally quite small and slow growing allowing them to thrive on low calorie high nutrient feed which results in a delicious, nutritious pork product just not available in conventional mass production pork. Their is no more optimized breed of pig for practical and sustainable pasture raising then the Kunekune making it the number one choice for those interested in finding healthy, nutritious, full flavoured pork. Our Kunekunes are raised ethically, ecologically responsibly with the end goal of bring a premium healthy product to our local community

Bacon - Sausage - Lard - Coming Soon!

We are eagerly waiting on our sausage and bacon to come back from the butcher. They both require some extra time to brine, smoke and prepare before we can pick it up.
