🥚 Quail eggs are highly nutritious and are rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. They contain more protein and less cholesterol than chicken eggs.
🥚 Quail eggs are smaller than chicken eggs. Bite size and perfect for elevating dishes, they taste similar to a chicken egg but are often described as richer and creamier in taste.
🥚 They can be cooked in traditional egg fashion, boiled, fried, and scrambled. But are also perfect served as appetizers, pickled, deviled, used in salads, baked into breakfast muffins, or incorporate into dishes like sushi and ramen.
