Great for a family, trying a bigger variety of our pork cuts, get togethers with friends, or just filling up on some premium pork! The big barbecue box is approximately 9 lbs of our pork. This deal has
1- 2 pack of large shoulder chops (approximately 2 pounds)
1 - 2 pack of ham steaks (approximately 2.2 lbs and our personal favorite cut)
1- 2 pack of pork loin chops  ( approximately 1.4 lbs)
1 pack of our half slab ribs (approximately. 7lbs)
2- of our 4 pack German Octoberfest sausages  (8 sausages total)
